A VISION FOR THE FUTURE

Getting the most out of your daily lifestyle is important which is why Mandalay at Beveridge offers buyers the complete lifestyle package with clubhouse, first class golf, onsite amenity including a proposed school and shopping as well as spacious, beautifully landscaped outdoor environments to enjoy with the whole family.

Located approximately 50kms north of Melbourne and comprising close to 2050 lots, with a large percentage of home sites offering picturesque views with a direct park or golf outlook.

Mandalay's extensive network of open spaces will be lush and green all year around, benefiting from access to recycled water for irrigation.

Forming a community hub will be the Mandalay Clubhouse which will include a swimming pool, tennis courts, fully equipped gym, bar/bistro, and function spaces.

Mandalay will not only offer a unique relaxed outdoors lifestyle with close access to the city, it will also offer a strong sense of community through clever integration of a proposed school, retirement precinct, commercial precinct, the 18-hole Peter Thomson designed golf course, recycled water and optic fibre technology provided to every home, and so much more.

MANDALAY CONSTRUCTION IN FULL SWING

Construction of Mandalay is well underway with earth works across stage one expected to be complete by May.

The 18-hole golf course is gradually starting to take shape, with the first two holes well underway. Landscaping around these areas will be a priority over the ensuing months.

The park will evolve into a popular area for friends and family to gather. Spanning over 6000m2, it will include a playground with play equipment, a sandpit, a kick-around area, a semi sheltered seating and barbeque facilities.

Civil road works have begun on the entrance road, Lithgow Street; this is currently being upgraded and landscaped to handle the increased future traffic flow through Mandalay.

Further works will include: a new entry/exit off ramp to Beveridge, a beautification process which includes the planting of some 250 mature trees, irrigation, and a sculpture at the northbound exit ramp.
